Dry pasta of organic flour of ancient Sicilian durum wheat Perciasacchi, obtained by natural stone milling of La Ferté. Bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, they are a pasta shape originating in southern Italy, now widespread throughout the boot and known throughout the world.
