Anchovy fillets in extra virgin olive oil - 220 gr
The anchovies are caught and aged for no less than 5/6 months, then cleaned, filleted and jarred by hand with order and accuracy. according to ancient Sicilian tradition and subsequently covered with delicate olive oil.
Usage tips
Campisi extra anchovies are excellent eaten pure or as a sauce for pasta and salads. Excellent as an aperitif with bread or on pizzas and focaccias.

Method of preservation
The jars should be stored at a temperature no higher than 10 degrees.
