Semi-dried cherry tomato - 190 grams

After drying in the sun, we proceed to seasoning. When opened, it presents an intense aroma of tomato and oil. Deep red color, sweet flavor enhanced by the intense fruitiness of Tonda Iblea, lightly flavored with garlic and basil.

Usage tips
Great for appetizers, bruschetta and sandwiches or pasta.

Semi-dried Sicilian cherry tomato (67.6%), extra virgin olive oil (30.4%), basil (1.3%), garlic 0.4%), oregano (0.3%).

Method of preservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator for 5 days.
