Cantabrian anchovy fillets in extra virgin olive oil - 100 gr
Our anchovies are caught in the Cantabrian Sea. After salting, they are processed by hand and preserved in Cerasuola extra virgin olive oil, an oil with hints of aromatic herbs.

Anchovies, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Usage tips
Perfect as an appetizer (paired with buffalo mozzarella) or for preparing pasta dishes, sandwiches or salads. It is recommended to use the oil as a condiment.
