Orecchiette originate from the ancient Apulian tradition. Their particular shape comes from a gesture made with the fingers on the work surface, which makes them resemble small ears, hence their name.
Excellent to prepare with sauce, with turnip tops or with other types of vegetables.

Durum wheat semolina, toasted durum wheat semolina 20%, water. Contains Gluten. May contain traces of Soy and Mustard.
