Organic pasta made from whole flour of ancient Sicilian durum wheat Russello. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, so as to preserve the high nutritional value provided by the wheat germ.
Usage tips
Thanks to their shape and porous surface, they retain any seasoning, from the most traditional, such as ragù and tomato and basil, to the richest and most original, both meat and fish based.
