Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP aged 12 years - 100 ml
Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP obtained from cooked grape must aged in wooden barrels for at least 12 years with annual decanting according to tradition (decanting into different woods - oak, chestnut, cherry, ash, mulberry, juniper - to acquire the specific flavours of each wood).
Each barrel is opened to allow fermentation and concentration process by natural evaporation. Controlled, bottled and certified by the appointed Consortium of Modena that applies the DOP mark.
Usage tips
Suitable as a finishing touch on all sweet or savoury dishes especially cheeses, meats, strawberries, cheesecakes, and even as an after-dinner spoon drink for its digestive and healthy properties.
