Cantabrian anchovy fillets in extra virgin olive oil - 95 gr
Our anchovies are caught in the Cantabrian Sea. After salting they are worked by hand and preserved in Cerasuola extra virgin olive oil, an oil with hints of aromatic herbs.
Anchovies, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Perfect as an appetizer (in combination with buffalo mozzarella) or for the preparation of pasta dishes, sandwiches or salads. Preservation oil is recommended to be used as a dressing.
