Wholemeal pasta made from Timilia wheat is characterized by a typical and strong flavor, with a light bitter aftertaste.
Usage tips
They are ideal for fresh recipes, based on vegetables and cheeses, as well as for the preparation of traditional Italian first courses, such as “cacio e pepe”, “pasta alla gricia”, “pasta alla norma.
