Artichoke caponata - 190 gr
Variant of the traditional Sicilian caponata. We have reinterpreted it by making the Violet artichoke the protagonist for an always tasty but lighter result.
Ingredients and notes
Tomato sauce, artichokes, capers, green olives, carrots, celery, onion, sugar, vinegar, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, salt, parsley, oregano, chilli pepper. Acidifier: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Usage tips
Perfect as an appetizer or side dish. Excellent on bruschetta.
Conservation method
keep away from light and heat sources. Once opened, keep in the fridge for 5 days.
