Characteristics
A reinterpretation of the typical Genoese pesto using Sicilian ingredients: almonds and pistachios instead of pine nuts, "Cosacavaddu" cheese instead of Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil. A fresh and decisive aroma, for a pesto with an intense and traditional character.

Basil, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, "Cosacavaddu" cheese, cane sugar, salt, almond, pistachio.
Method of preservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator for 5 days.
