Ingredients and notes
Sunflower seed oil, tomato puree 24%, dried tomato 24%, aubergines, vinegar, ricotta (pasteurised sheep's milk whey , milk , salt) 2%, almonds 2%, salt, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, chilli pepper. Without preservatives or thickeners of any kind.
Method of preservation
Store away from direct light and heat sources. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
