Sausage and mushroom sauce - 180 gr
Linguaglossa strain sausage and mushrooms are the ingredients that make this delicious ready-to-eat sauce unique, inspired by Etna peasant cuisine.
Usage tips
Excellent as a condiment on fresh pasta. The tagliatelle are perfect: cook them in salted water, drain them while still al dente in a pan where you have heated the sauce for a couple of minutes. Add a spoonful of cooking water, then plate and pour a drizzle of raw oil and a pinch of thyme, preferably fresh.
Ingredients and notes
Tomato puree, pleurotus mushrooms ( Pleurotus ostreatus ) 14%, sausage (pork meat, salt, fennel seeds, black pepper) 8%, sunflower oil, onion, porcini mushrooms ( Boletus edulis ) 3%, salt, sugar, red wine, extra virgin olive oil, parsley, garlic, black pepper. Contains milk and nuts.
Conservation method
Store away from direct light and away from heat sources. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within a few days.
