Barbera D'Alba DOC 2018 75cl
Bright ruby red color with full and evident tones with purplish reflections, the nose with a pleasant surprise releasing aromas that bring us back to fresh red berried fruit such as cherry. On the palate it is full and enveloping, with an always evident acidic vein that gives it freshness and makes it suitable for the needs of modern drinking.
Aperitifs, meat dishes, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.

It takes place in steel at 26°C for a duration of 6/7 days. Three pumping overs are made daily for the extraction of the polyphenols for the entire duration of the fermentation. Subsequently the malolactic fermentation is carried out, always in steel.
Refinement: In steel tanks at a temperature of 10°C until bottling.

Alcohol: 14% Vol.
