Barbera D'Alba DOC Superiore Sarnia 2017 - 75cl
At sight it has a bright ruby red color with full and inviting shades. On the nose there is a pleasant surprise of aromas that bring us back to fruit with advanced ripening, to the fragrance of plum, blackberry, jam, spices and toast. On the palate it is dry, full, harmonious, slightly tannic with good freshness.

It takes place in steel at 26°C for a duration of 7/8 days. Three pumping overs are done daily for the extraction of the polyphenols for the entire duration of the fermentation. Subsequently the malolactic fermentation is carried out, always in steel.
12 months in French oak barriques with a ratio of 30% first passage barriques, 30% second passage, 30% third passage and 10% fourth and fifth passage.
