After the tomatoes are cleaned and cut, the seasonings are added in proportions that enhance the tomato flavor and aroma. Extra virgin olive oil is added and pasteurization is carried out. The color is predominantly red due to the ripe tomato. The product is juicy and crunchy. Aromatic notes of all the components can be perceived: the flavor of ripe tomato and extra virgin olive oil predominates, followed by the taste of basil and garlic.

Advice for use
Perfect as an appetizer or side dish. Excellent on croutons.

Method of preservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator for 5 days.
