Spreadable purple artichoke heart cream -190 gr

Soft and delicate, our cream is obtained with Violetto variety artichokes and Biancolilla variety extra virgin olive oil, an oil with the aroma of artichokes.

Usage tips

Excellent as an appetizer on bruschetta or crostone. Also recommended to enhance first courses, pizzas and savory pies.

Ingredients and notes

Artichokes, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, oregano, hot pepper, parsley, vinegar, salt. Acidifier: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Method of preservation

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
