Grappa at Zita

Grappa à Zita - 70 cl

With a robust and persistent taste, Grappa "a' Zita" is made from a "blend" of pomace, coming from different harmoniously selected native Sicilian vines: Inzolia, Catarratto and Nero d'Avola vines. To obtain only the heart of the precious multi-vine variety, the traditional distillation method is applied, "a bagnomaria" in a discontinuous still. The Grappa is then left to rest for twelve months.
