Grappa barrique - 100 cl

With a robust and persistent taste, Grappa "A' Zita" is made from a "blend" of pomace, coming from different harmoniously selected native Sicilian vines: Inzolia, Catarratto and Nero d'Avola vines. To obtain only the heart of the precious multi-vine variety, the traditional distillation method is applied, "a bagnomaria" in a discontinuous still. After distillation, it is aged for 24 months in small French oak barrels (Barrique).

Grappa made from selected Nero d'Avola grape pomace.

Alcohol content: 40% Vol.

Method of preservation

Store in a cool place 13° - 15°, not excessively humid and away from light.
