Espalier-trained with a medium-high density of vines per hectare (3000 plants). Simple Guyot pruning. Yield 90 quintals per hectare.

Climate: Mediterranean, with hot summers and mild winters.

Harvest: manual from the end of August to September.


Soft pressing of the pomace, maceration on the skins for 8 hours at 4° C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17/18° for a duration of 15-20 days.


90 days in steel and one month in bottle at a controlled temperature .


Cold sterile with microfiltration and nitrogen back pressure.

Conservation method

In a very cool (13° C) and not excessively humid environment, protected from light.

Recommended serving temperature and glass

8°-10° C. Goblet for white wines, tulip shape with long stem in transparent glass.
