Organic Mandarin Marmalade

Organic mandarin jam - 225 gr

We use our late mandarins, with the sole addition of zest and natural pectin extracted from the carob tree. The result is a genuine marmalade with the surprisingly authentic taste of freshly picked fresh mandarin.

Usage tips

Perfect for breakfast, snacks or in combination with cheeses (goats or cows). Also excellent for preparing cakes and desserts.

Ingredients and notes

Organic mandarin, organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice. Gelling agent: fruit pectin.

Conservation method

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
