Short dry pasta of organic wholemeal flour of ancient Sicilian durum wheat Timilia, obtained by milling with natural stone of La Ferté, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures. Timilia whole wheat pasta is characterized by a typical and decisive flavour, with a slight bitter aftertaste.
Usage tips
They are ideal for fresh recipes, based on vegetables and cheeses, as well as for the preparation of typical first courses of the Italian gastronomic tradition, such as "cacio e pepe", "pasta alla gricia", "pasta alla norma"
