Organic Pasta "Spaghetti Russello"

Dry pasta made from organic milled Russello ancient Sicilian durum wheat, obtained by milling with La Ferté natural stone. The spaghetti is slowly dried at low temperatures.

A type of artisanal pasta with durum wheat semolina. A real excellence! Suitable for the preparation of the classic "tomato and basil", they are ideal for first courses with vegetable pestos and seasonal vegetables or traditional dishes of Italian gastronomy.

Perfect to combine with tomato sauce, but there are various recipes to try, some suggestions: spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli pepper, spaghetti carbonara, spaghetti allo scoglio.
