Short dry pasta made from organic wholemeal flour of ancient Sicilian durum wheat Timilia, obtained from natural stone milling by La Ferté, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures. Wholemeal pasta made from Timilia wheat is characterized by a typical and strong flavor, with a light bitter aftertaste.

Usage tips
They are ideal for fresh recipes, based on vegetables and cheeses, as well as for the preparation of traditional Italian first courses, such as “cacio e pepe”, “pasta alla gricia”, “pasta alla norma.
