Ibelo Bruschetta Pesto with Wild Fennel -190 gr

Excellent as an appetizer on bruschetta or crostone. Also recommended for seasoning first courses, pizzas and savory pies.

Characteristics

With this recipe we propose a pesto that represents some of the excellences and typicalities of our territory: almonds, wild fennel, tomato and obviously our olive oil harvested on the Iblei mountains.

Ingredients and notes

Tomato sauce, dried tomatoes, Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil, wild fennel, sugar, almonds, oregano, chilli pepper, salt.

Method of preservation

Keep in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator for 5 days
