Traditional handmade "Scaldatelli" Taralli - 400 gr
From the ancient Apulian tradition here are the handmade scaldatelli. Their name comes from the cooking method used because, once prepared, they are "heated" in boiling water and then, once dried, cooked in the oven.
Rich in flavour, they are ideal to eat at any time of the day and to accompany any type of dish, as a substitute for bread.
Ingredients : Soft wheat flour type "00", extra virgin olive oil, white wine, olive pomace oil, salt. Allergens: contains gluten, produced in a facility that uses sesame seeds and almonds. Contains no preservatives or additives.
