Vinification
Soft pressing of the pomace, maceration on the skins for 8 hours at 4° C. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17/18° for a duration of 15-20 days.
Refinement90 days in steel and one month in bottle at a controlled temperature .
BottlingCold sterile with microfiltration and nitrogen back pressure.
Conservation methodIn a very cool (13° C) and not excessively humid environment, protected from light.
Recommended serving temperature and glass8°-10° C. Goblet for white wines, tulip shape with long stem in transparent glass.
