Nebbiolo of the Langhe DOC 2018 - 75 cl

Sensory profile: It has an intense ruby ​​red hue, a delicate aroma full of floral (rose) and fruity (blueberry) hints. The flavor is dry, full-bodied, velvety and rightly tannic.

Fermentation: It takes place in steel at 26°C for a duration of 6/7 days. 3 pumpings are done daily to extract polyphenols for the entire duration of the fermentation. Subsequently, the malolactic fermentation is done always in steel. 

Refinement: In steel tanks at a temperature of 10°C until bottling
