Dry pasta made from organic flour of ancient Sicilian durum wheat Perciasacchi, obtained from natural stone milling by La Ferté. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at low temperatures, they are a type of pasta originating from southern Italy, now widespread throughout the country and known throughout the world.
