White Balsamic Dressing - 250 ml
It is obtained from the must of white grapes acetified and matured in oak barrels to obtain a golden yellow colour.
Its most obvious characteristic is that it leaves the color of dishes unchanged, giving delicately sweet and sour fruity aromas and flavors.
Advice for use
It is indicated on: salads, cooked or raw vegetables, sauces, fish and seafood, white meats, cheeses or appetizers.
