BUY ON LIFEITALY ONLINE STORE
Is registration required to make purchases on the LifeItaly Online Store? How do I register?
To make purchases on the LifeItaly Online Store, you do not need to register on the site. You can log in as a guest user or you can follow a simple registration procedure.
• Open the LifeItaly Online Store website in your browser;
• Click on the little man at the top right;
• In the 'Create account' section Register;
• Enter all the required data;
• Accept the Terms and Conditions and then click Submit.
You will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during registration.
Is there a minimum order in the LifeItaly Online Store?
No, in the LifeItaly Online Store you can place orders of any amount.
Shipping costs to Switzerland for orders over CHF 69.- are free , for lower amounts they are CHF 9.-.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your order is complete, you will receive a message to your registered email address confirming your order.
If you do not receive the email, check your Junk or Spam folder in your email inbox, if you use a Gmail address, also check your Promotions folder.

I can't register/complete the purchase. What can I do?
If you experience difficulties in navigating or completing a purchase on the LifeItaly Online Store, we recommend that you update your browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.) to the latest version available.

RETURN AND REFUND
Why can't I return food products?
For the protection of our Customers and for hygienic reasons, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only for products that can be put back on the market without danger to the health of consumers. For this very reason, it is not possible to return food products, for which it is not possible to guarantee adequate conservation.
For which products can I request to exercise the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal applies to all non-perishable products on the LifeItaly Online Store (for example, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).
It is not possible to return:
• Products that are at risk of deterioration or expiry rapidly (food, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages);
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons.
• Products that have been opened after delivery.
• Products made to measure or clearly personalized.
• Orders for which an invoice has been issued.
How much does it cost to return products?
Returns are free: the request must be sent to Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the goods.

What payment methods can be used on the LifeItaly Online Store?
The LifeItaly Online Store allows you to make purchases using:

Is it safe to pay with Credit Card on the LifeItaly Online Store?
Using your Credit Card to shop on the LifeItaly Online Store is easy and immediate.
To ensure maximum protection, the transaction will be carried out on the bank's secure server.
The LifeItaly Online Store does not store any Credit Card number but, thanks to the communication system with the bank's server, from your second purchase, you will be able to make the purchase without entering your data again. Just choose the 'Registered Credit Card' option among the payment methods.
1. All information you provide to the bank will be encrypted using SSL protocol. Transactions made on the LifeItaly Online Store are certified by Verisign.
How does payment by bank transfer work?
If you choose to make purchases on the LifeItaly Online Store by paying with Bank Transfer, send an order email to the following email address ordini@lifeitaly.com and remember to make the payment within 2 days from the order date. After this period, in the absence of a bank transfer, your order will be canceled.

We remind you that your order will be processed only after the sum has been received on our current account (generally 1 to 3 working days after making the transfer).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
How much does it cost to ship to Switzerland?
Shipping costs to Switzerland for orders over CHF 59.- are free , for lower amounts they are CHF 11.50.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, the goods are generally prepared for shipping and entrusted to the courier by the following day. From that date, the Courier takes approximately 2 working days for delivery in Switzerland. During the holiday period at the end of and beginning of the year, the times may be extended up to 3 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared the next working day.
Once the Express Courier has taken charge of your package, you will receive an email and/or a text message to the telephone number indicated during the purchase, with the shipment tracking link.
How do I know where my order is?
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. You can always check where your order is on the courier's website that took delivery of your shipment.

What should I do if something is missing or the product is damaged in the package I receive?
If at the time of delivery in the package there are missing products, different from those ordered and/or damaged, please contact Customer Service promptly, write to the e-mail address info@lifeitaly.ch or call +41 (0)91 647 09 09.
If you receive a package that is opened or wrapped with non-LifeItaly branded tape, you can accept it with reservations or refuse delivery: immediately report the incident to our Customer Service at the email address info@lifeitaly.ch or call +41 (0)91 647 09 09. who will verify the incident.
What should I do if the package delivered to me shows signs of tampering or damage?
If at the time of delivery in the package there are missing products, different from those ordered and/or damaged, please contact Customer Service promptly at the e-mail address info@lifeitaly.ch or call +41 (0)91 647 09 09.
If you receive a package that is opened or wrapped with non-LifeItaly branded tape, you can accept it with reservation or refuse delivery: immediately report the incident to our Customer Service who will verify the incident.
DISCOUNT CODE
I received a Discount Code, how do I use it to make online purchases?
To take advantage of the discount, simply enter the Code received in the reserved field, before confirming the order.
You will find the field "Do you have a discount code? Apply it" where you can enter the Discount Code received. Once entered, click on "Apply" to use it. The discount will be immediately deducted from the total amount of the cart. At this point you can proceed with the confirmation of the order.
Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, click on "Cart" at the top right and then on "Proceed to checkout". Review your cart and "Proceed to checkout". Fill in all the fields relating to billing and shipping, choose the payment method and confirm to move on to the "Order Summary" screen.
