Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP 2 crowns - 250 ml
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape must
grapes and wine vinegar.
Bittersweet vinegar made from grape vinegar and cooked grape must mixed together
and aged in wooden barrels for a minimum of 60 days and with min. 6% acidity according
PGI/PGI regulation. The older it gets, the thicker it becomes.
Before bottling, the product is analyzed to verify the required specifications, then bottled, labeled and packaged in sales units.
Usage tips
Dressing for salads, cooked vegetables, for making sauces and vinaigrettes for meat and fish,
marinades, bread sauce.
