Organic Orange Honey - 250 gr

Unpasteurized orange blossom honey, produced in organic farms in the Catania plain in Sicily and the Calabrian highlands. Crystallized appearance, with very fine grain crystals, in the liquid state it is almost colorless or straw yellow, crystallized it is pearly white or light beige. Intense orange blossom scent, sweet and aromatic flavor, slightly acidic.

Advice for use
Perfect for breakfast, snacks and to sweeten desserts or drinks, excellent on cheeses.

Method of preservation
Keep in a cool place at 12°, dry and away from sources of light and heat.
