Ingredients and notes
Intensely fruity green oil, slightly cloudy due to natural decantation. Fresh taste with intense notes of green tomatoes and fresh aromatic herbs. The aroma and nuances of taste of green tomatoes are typical of the Tonda Iblea olive variety. The harvest is traditional, that is, the olives are hand-picked directly from the centuries-old olive trees grown in a hilly area facing south at optimal ripeness.
