Arborio Rice - 1kg

Arborio rice is among the most renowned and widespread Italian superfine rices, it has a grain that is very developed in surface and volume, which determines excellent cooking yields. This rice has a caryopsis (grain) visibly pearled in the center, a part rich in starch that remains slightly more consistent after cooking, while the outer part softens, releasing starch and absorbing the seasoning, the cooking resistance is remarkable. Italian rice, not genetically modified, free of preservatives.

Advice for use
Perfect Risotto Rice thanks to its large grain and the high quantity of amylose it contains: it creates creamy risottos, well-creamed. It is also suitable for the preparation of timbales and rice salads. Cooking time 16 -18 minutes.
