Carnaroli Rice - 1kg

Carnaroli rice is the most prized rice of the rice varieties produced by the rice mill, it belongs to the superfine rice class. Carnaroli rice is a type of rice with a grain rich in amylose starch which makes it very firm and therefore suitable for risottos since it loses little starch during cooking. Superfine rice has large and elongated grains and cooks in a variable time between 16-18 minutes.
