Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Riserva Cutrera" Organic - 250 ml

Obtained from the "Tonda Iblea" olive through mechanical processes, with cold extraction.

Ingredients and notes
Intensely fruity oil of green color, slightly cloudy due to natural decantation. Fresh taste with intense notes of green tomatoes and fresh aromatic herbs. The aroma and flavor nuances of green tomatoes are typical of the Tonda Iblea olive variety.
The harvest is traditional, that is, the olives are hand-picked directly from the centuries-old olive trees grown in a hilly area facing south at optimal ripeness.

Usage tips
Roasted meats and fish, soups and salads, bruschetta, grilled fish, green and grilled vegetables.
