Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 8 Crowns - 250 ml
Bittersweet vinegar made from grape vinegar and cooked grape must mixed together
and aged in wooden barrels for a minimum of 60 days and with min. 6% acidity according
PGI/PGI regulation.
The older it gets, the thicker it becomes. Before bottling, the product is analyzed to verify the required specifications, then bottled, labeled and packaged in sales units.
Usage advice
Suitable for all sweet or savory dishes and also pure as an after-dinner spoon after a meal due to its digestive properties.
