Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 4 crowns - 250 ml
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtained from cooked Trebbiano grape must, Lambrusco di Modena grapes and wine vinegar.
It is a sweet and sour vinegar made from grape vinegar and cooked grape must mixed together and refined in wooden barrels for at least 60 days and with a minimum of 6% acidity according to
IGP/IGP Regulation. The older it is, the denser it becomes.
Before bottling, the product is analyzed to verify the required specifications, then bottled, labeled and packaged in sales units.

Ideal for salads, cooked vegetables, sauces, meat and fish,
marinades, bread sauce.
