Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP aged 25 years - 100 ml
Balsamic vinegar obtained from grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes Modena, aged in wooden barrels for at least 25 years with annual decanting according to tradition (decanting into different woods - oak, chestnut, cherry, ash, mulberry, juniper - to acquire the specific flavours of each wood).
Each barrel is opened to allow fermentation and concentration process by natural evaporation. Controlled, bottled and certified by the appointed Consortium of Modena that applies the DOP mark.
Usage tips
Suitable as a finishing touch on all sweet or savoury dishes, especially cheeses, meats, strawberries, cheesecakes, and as an after-meal drink, by the spoonful, for its digestive and healthy properties.
