Characteristics
When opened, it releases a light scent of mint and vinegar. The texture is crunchy. It has an intense artichoke flavor lightly flavored with vinegar, mint and chilli pepper.

Artichoke hearts, extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, mint, Nubia red garlic, chilli pepper, Trapani sea salt.

Conservation method
Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the fridge for 5 days.
