Here is a new delicacy made in southern Italy, eggplant rolls, stuffed with tuna and dried tomatoes.

Ingredients: Aubergines, sunflower seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, dried tomatoes, tuna, lemon juice, capers, parsley, chilli pepper, wine vinegar, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
