Carnaroli rice - 1kg
Carnaroli rice is the most valuable rice of the rice varieties produced by the rice mill, it belongs to the class of superfine rice. Carnaroli rice is a type of rice with a grain rich in amylose starch which makes it very firm and therefore suitable for risottos as it loses little starch during cooking. Superfine rice has large and elongated grains and is cooked in a variable time between 16-18 minutes.
