The Rice of Paradise

The company, which takes its name from the homonymous farmhouse, is family-run and extends over an area of ​​98 hectares of land in the province of Pavia, an area particularly suited to the production of "fine" and "superfine" rice. They have been growing rice for four generations, first in Lomellina and then moving to the Pavia area. Since 2000, they have begun a new experience of husking and selecting white rice, which guarantees the consumer a particularly qualified product at Km 0.
